Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
This policy explains how Okhor handles personal data. Dealerships decide what customer data they put into Okhor and are the controllers of it. We process that data on their behalf.
What we collect
- Account data: names, email addresses, phone numbers and staff roles.
- Customer records entered by dealerships: contact details, identity documents, loan and payment history.
- Vehicle location data: GPS position, speed and ignition status from trackers fitted to vehicles.
- Billing data: plan and payment records. Card details are held by our payment providers, not by us.
How we use it
We use this data to run the service, keep it secure, send service and billing messages, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
We use service providers for hosting, storage, email, maps, tracking and payments. They handle data only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep data while an account is active, and afterwards for as long as the law or a legitimate dispute requires. Dealerships can export or remove their records.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. If you are a dealership's customer, please contact that dealership first. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security
Sensitive credentials are encrypted, access is limited by staff role, and each dealership's data is kept separate.
