Terms of Service
Last updated 1 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of Okhor, a dealership management system. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your dealership.
Your account
You are responsible for your staff's accounts, for the accuracy of what you enter, and for keeping sign-in details secure.
Subscriptions and access keys
- A paid plan renews automatically until you cancel it. An access key gives free use of a plan for the period it states and is not refundable or transferable.
- When a free period ends, or a renewal charge fails, you have a 14-day grace period. After that your workspace is read-only until you renew. You can still view and export your data.
- Restoring a vehicle's engine remains available even when your workspace is read-only.
Customer data and consumer lending
You are responsible for the customer data you enter, and for having a lawful basis to hold it. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your sales and loans, including rules on credit, repossession and vehicle tracking.
Remote engine cutoff
Engine cutoff is a tool you choose to use. You must have your customer's contractual agreement and follow local law before using it. Okhor delays cutoff until a vehicle is at or below 5 km/h, but relies on tracker and network data that can be delayed or wrong.
Service availability
We work to keep Okhor available and your data backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. GPS and cellular coverage are outside our control.
Ending your use
You may stop using Okhor at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or break these terms. On request, we will help you export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
